Maggie Finegan, Team Leader and Lead Listing Specialist

Maggie Finegan works with real estate sellers buyers, and investors in the greater Chicago area, and provides referrals to realtors for purchases that are out of town, out of state, or internationally.  She provides a holistic approach to real estate, as a realtor since 2002. Maggie loves to share her experience in marketing, finance and construction.  She sells condominiums, single family homes and small apartment buildings.  Maggie provides a high level of customer service and many of her clients become clients for life.

Maggie holds an MBA in Marketing and has over 30 years of corporate marketing and management experience in the legal, accounting and non-profit arenas. She has sold over 550 properties valued over $200 million since 2002.  She and her husband live in Andersonville, own and manage investment property in Ravenswood as well as a vacation rental property in Costa Rica.  Maggie is a long standing member of the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce, and supports the development of locally owned and sustainable communities, both residential and commercial. She is a member of the Edgewater/Uptown Builders Association.
