I help buyers find the perfect home, negotiate the best deal possible, and refer trusted professionals and service providers such as inspectors, attorneys, lenders, home remodelers, painters, and more.
My specialties include first time home buyers, relocation buyers, as well as home sellers of condos, single family homes, small apartment buildings, luxury homes, investment property, and vacation homes. I am Certified and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and Keller Williams Luxury Homes, as well as a Global Property Specialist with Keller Williams. My passions include the history and lore of Chicago neighborhoods and cultures; gardening and garden design, as well as photography and architecture.
Maggie ranks in the top 5% of Realtors among the 38,000 Realtors affiliated with the Chicago Association of Realtors, based on sales volume. She is awarded the 5 Star Realtor designation every year since 2010, by Chicago Magazine, based on surveys of customer satisfaction. Ms. Finegan, a full time Realtor since 2002, leads the Move with Maggie Team. She works with sellers, buyers and investors from downtown to Evanston and the Lakefront to Park Ridge. Maggie enjoys selling condos, homes, small apt buildings and vacation properties. Maggie´s philosophy is to provide “over the top” client service. She has sold over 550 properties valued over $200 million since 2002. Specializing in working with busy executives and professionals, and with seniors, she is a professional Realtor with 95% of her clients coming from referrals from satisfied clients.
She leverages her staff and the latest technology, to make sure they never miss the opportunity to show your property to a buyer, and to provide the most innovative marketing systems to promote your listing to the widest audience possible. Born in Chicago, and raised in Glenview, Maggie holds an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University, and a B.A.in Art from Northern Illinois University. She has 25 years of corporate marketing experience. Prior to real estate, Maggie coached bankers, CPAs and attorneys to build their practices. A long time resident of Andersonville, Maggie enjoys volunteering on community beautification projects in Lincoln Square, Andersonville, and Ravenswood. She is an avid reader, gardener, photographer, and traveler. Maggie and her husband Keith Clauson own income properties in Ravenswood and a vacation rental condominium in Costa Rica
